At PowerUp Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal in refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories, every product is thoroughly tested before dispatch. Please read our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Any payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
If cancellation is approved after dispatch, shipping charges (both forward and return) and applicable payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product arrives physically damaged.
The product received is different from what was ordered.
The laptop has a hardware defect covered under warranty.
Important accessories mentioned in the listing are missing.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery unless a longer return period is mentioned on the product page.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
The customer changes their mind after purchase.
The product has been physically damaged by the customer.
Liquid damage is found.
Software issues caused by viruses or user-installed software.
Password-locked devices.
Products repaired or opened by an unauthorized technician.
Missing charger, accessories, invoice, or original packaging (where applicable).
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
All accessories, charger, and invoice must be included.
The serial number must match our records.
Products must not have signs of misuse or physical damage.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team.
Share your Order ID.
Explain the issue.
Attach clear photos or a video showing the problem.
Do not ship the product without approval from our support team.
6. Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned product:
Our technicians will inspect it within 2–5 business days.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
If no issue is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only if:
The ordered product is unavailable.
A replacement cannot be provided.
The product has a verified hardware defect that cannot be repaired.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we will repair or replace the product instead of issuing a refund.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
9. Warranty Claims
Warranty covers only manufacturing or hardware defects.
Warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Liquid damage
Broken screen
Physical damage
Burnt motherboard
Software issues
Battery wear due to normal usage
Damage caused by improper handling

10. Customer-Induced Damage
If damage is found due to customer misuse, PowerUp Electronics may:
Reject the return.
Charge for replacement parts and repair.
Deduct applicable repair charges before processing any refund.
11. Company Rights
PowerUp Electronics reserves the right to:
Reject returns that do not meet this policy.
Refuse claims involving misuse or fraud.
Verify all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
Update this policy at any time without prior notice.
